Due to the retirement of the Designated Civil Judge for the Sussex Group of courts there is currently a vacancy and as a result no Judicial report has been completed for this group. In the circumstances it was agreed by the Regional Director and Presiding Judges that each court manager within the group would submit an individual court report to be presented with the group statistics for inclusion in the County Court Annual Report.
