Is MCOL secure?

Security is of paramount importance to the Her Majesty´s Court Service. Because some of the information you provide can be of a sensitive nature, MCOL provides security through unique passwords. The site also has security protection and encrypts the data that passes over the Internet. However, you should note that any emails you send or receive cannot be regarded as secure.

If a claim has been issued against you electronically, you are registered with MCOL which allows you to respond to the court online. Click this link if you wish to view the Her Majesty's Court Service Privacy Policy.
