Charter Mark

Her Majesty's Courts Service is committed to Charter Mark as part of its Customer Service strategy.

Charter Mark is the Government's national standard for excellence in customer service. It is a registered certification mark, which is owned by the Cabinet Office for Public Services Reform, determines the policy and administration of the scheme. Charter Mark is unique among quality improvement tools in that it puts its customer first.
